DENSO expands presence in Eastern Europe and Russia with the opening of new office in Prague and relocating office in Moscow

In recent months DENSO has opened two new offices and a new warehouse across Russia and Eastern Europe.

DENSO associates within the Russian Aftermarket team have relocated to a new office in Moscow, whilst the Eastern European team moved into a new office in Prague, increasing their local presence in the market and improving the OE supplier’s ability to better serve customers in these regions.

DENSO has opened a new 196m² sales office in Prague, Czech Republic, located within a new business park situated just 10 kilometres from Prague airport. The office will be the base of the Eastern European Aftermarket Sales team led by Richard Rybacek. The team includes 10 sales representatives, a technical trainer, a marketing communications executive, a product manager and field service engineer. The team was also reinforced with the addition of two new customer service associates, Jiri Duchon and Alicja Polak.

  • Jiri Duchon - Jiri has a 10-year background in customer services, having spent six years at Philips Consumer Lifestyle. Jiri is a native to Prague, and speaks Czech, Slovak and English.
  • Alicja Polak - Alicja Polak has over four and a half years experience as a Customer Service Professional and before that worked as a sales representative. Alicja was born in Torun, Poland and speaks Polish, Czech and English.

Relocation of Russian Office

In May 2017 DENSO relocated its existing Russian office in Moscow. The new office is located within Business Center Class "A” and is near to the Sheremetyeyo airport and Vodny Stadion, the popular Moscow Metro station. Covering a total area of 332m², it comes complete with panoramic windows, 12 elevators and a central reception area.

The office will house a total of 23 employees working across Management (Three), Sales (Nine), Product Management (One), Customer Service (Three), Logistics (Two), Marketing (One), Service department (Two), HR (One) and Accounting (One).

Russian Warehouse Opening

As well as the new relocation of the office, DENSO has also opened an additional warehouse in Vladivostok in the east of Russia to accompany its existing warehouse in Moscow. The opening of the new warehouse will further increase DENSO’s ability to quickly supply customers in the Russian aftermarket.
