On the production side our priority is to provide products that are manufactured in a competitive production system, delivered to clients at the right time. To this end we are continuously strengthening our manufacturing capabilities through the combined evolution of our products and production systems.

New products need new forms of production technology. To provide an increasingly diverse range of products to our customers, DENSO has created an ever-expanding range of pioneering, highly flexible systems.

Using a computer network that links production management, quality control and technology information systems, we are able to rapidly assemble systems that are optimised for particular products and production volumes, thus increasing production efficiency.

To increase automation, we are also optimising the use of robots – many of which we have developed ourselves – in our factories.

At the same time, we are striving to create the ideal production plants in which people and machines work together to deliver high-quality DENSO products, on time and without fail, to our customers around the world.
