New DENSO Warranty Center in Prague to deliver even better customer service

DENSO is pleased to announce the opening of a new Warranty Center in Prague, Czech Republic, which is set to deliver even better service for Central and Eastern European customers from August 2019.
The new Warranty Center will act as a dedicated base for Central and Eastern European enquiries, enabling warranty questions to be dealt with more locally and processed more quickly.
The first product range to be covered by the Prague base is DENSO compressors. The new Warranty Center is fully-functioning and ready to provide high-quality service for compressor customers. From today, DENSO requests all customers from Central and Eastern Europe with warranty claims to send the part, along with a completed claims form, to the new Prague address rather than the previous base in the Netherlands.
Zdenek Loukota is DENSO’s new Warranty Investigation Engineer, with more than 15 years’ experience in claims handling. He notes, “It’s an exciting time as DENSO is expanding in Europe, and we are increasing our customer service provisions in line with this expansion. The new Warranty Center will enable us to further develop our customer relationships and provide better customer experiences. I look forward to working on the compressor range in the first instance.”
