DENSO delivers OE-quality wipers for the growing Chinese car market

Responding to the growing popularity of Chinese vehicles across Europe, DENSO has extended its range of original equipment (OE) wiper blades to provide the independent aftermarket with high-quality replacements that meet increasing demand.

These new references come in hybrid, conventional, or flat blade designs and cater to both combustion engine and electric models from manufacturers including BYD, CHERY, GREAT WALL, LIFAN, LYNK & CO, MG, NIO, and POLESTAR. The optimised range is tailored to their specific requirements.

As expected from one of the world’s leading original equipment (OE) manufacturers, these DENSO wiper blades deliver improved visibility and superb wiping performance and are designed to hug the panoramic and aerodynamic profiles used in many electric vehicles (EVs).

The result is a direct-fit replacement wiper blade solution that offers OE technology and quality, ensuring smooth, silent, and reliable operation, and ultimately, optimum safety combined with easy installation.

EV models covered by the range include the BYD Dolphin, Sea Lion 07, and Seal; the MG4; NIO ET7; POLESTAR 2; and the SERES 3.

“This expansion was a natural step,” says Alexey Stryuchkov, Product Manager Wiper Blades at DENSO.
“The growing presence of Chinese car brands like BYD, MG, and NIO across Europe — especially in Eastern markets — has led us to expand our wiper blade range. Our goal is to provide these customers with a high-quality and affordable product that meets OE standards. The new blades are engineered to match the unique windscreen geometries of modern vehicles, particularly EVs, ensuring installation takes just minutes while maintaining reliable, long-lasting performance.”
