Recognizing skills, not just participation
Over the years, the DENSO League of True Mechanics has established itself as one of the most effective online technical training programmes in the aftermarket. Its success lies in combining structured education with recognition for professionals who actively invest in improving their skills.
By regularly updating training modules and adding new content aligned with changes in vehicle technology, LOTM ensures that technicians gain relevant, workshop‑ready knowledge. At the same time, the competition format motivates users to remain engaged throughout the season.
A platform built for modern workshops
Hosted on the DENSO e‑learning platform, LOTM allows technicians to study at their own pace and complete exams online. Training topics reflect the diversity of today’s car parc and include areas such as:
- Thermal management technologies and Air conditioning components
- Ignition and engine management
- Diesel systems and components
- Starters and Alternators
- Filters and wiper blades
New content continues to play a key role in the development of the platform. For the 2026 season, DENSO’s technical team is already preparing additional courses, including modules covering air conditioning systems with e‑compressors and expanded diesel training, responding to the growing complexity faced by workshops.
Open to all professional technicians
Participation in the DENSO League of True Mechanics is free of charge and open to both new and returning users. Technicians earn points by registering on the DENSO e‑learning portal, studying training modules and passing the associated exams.
Additional points can be collected through course engagement, such as rating and sharing content, with overall progress and scores visible in each user’s login area.
