New Starter & Alternator programme expansion for 2016
Taking the programme through to 2016, the latest extension strengthens DENSO’s position as one of the strongest aftermarket providers of original equipment quality, advanced technology replacement starters and alternators, now with an increased EU car parc coverage of 23%.
The five new Alternator part references are for vehicles with 3cyl/1,0L and 4 cyl/1,2L-2,2L small gasoline engines and offer a wide scope of vehicle model coverage from early ’90s to late ’00s. Of the 500 new applications, these include Opel/Vauxhall Agila, Astra, Corsa, Meriva and Zafira.
These latest additions to our Starter & Alternator range are designed to offer even more opportunities for distributors and garages.
In total DENSO’s programme now includes 221 Alternator part numbers and 1,236 unique OE references covering 2,413 unique applications; and 74 Starter part numbers with 383 unique OE cross references covering over 1,240 unique applications.
Unlike many other brands, DENSO’s aftermarket Starters and Alternators are completely new-in-box rather than re-manufactured. With no core surcharge administration is greatly reduced, ensuring a high quality product made from genuine parts, at a competitive price.
