DENSO makes a strong impression for its customers from Turkey

Thanking customers for their ongoing business and demonstrating that they are valued, is not only good practice, but also a courtesy that, when accompanied by a notable event, can be particularly well received and appreciated

This was the outcome when, in May 2025, DENSO Aftermarket invited seven of its key customers from Turkey, to travel to Italy. Central to the trip was to visit the company’s Thermal Systems facility, where they could see for themselves just how quality is in DENSO’s DNA, and the benefits that brings to their businesses. However, they also had the opportunity to enjoy some of the sights and culture that the country has to offer.

DENSO is a major original equipment manufacturer, with thermal management one of its core product groups. Therefore, the technical centre based in Poirino, near Turin was an obvious starting point for the trip because it is where its heating, ventilation, and air conditioning units, as well as engine cooling modules, are produced and assembled. So, it was a great opportunity for the guests to explore the headquarters, Aftermarket division and warehouse, which are all situated within the facility.

After two days in Turin, where, in addition to the visit to the DENSO site, the guests also enjoyed a guided tour of Turin city and the opportunity to samply the produce at a local vineyard, the party moved on to Ferrari country, in Bologna.

The first stop on day three was to visit the Autodromo Modena circuit, where the guests could get behind the wheel of either a Lamborghini Huracan, Gallardo Super Trofeo or a Ferrari F458 Modena. for three thrilling laps on the undulating and challenging racetrack, before returning to Bologna where they could relax and relive the experience over dinner.

After breakfast, the final day concluded with a visit to the Enzo Ferrari museum, which provided a fascinating insight into the life and legacy of the founder of the iconic brand, as well as a stunning collection of its cars.

As is obvious, there was a lot packed into the four-day programme, but it was well organised and greatly appreciated by the customers, who flew home to Turkey not only with a deeper knowledge of DENSO and its quality focused approach, but with a greater appreciation of Italy and its culture, after a truly memorable trip.
