Excellent attendance at DENSO A/C technical seminars
With a roster of new thermal product launches in the past year, DENSO took the opportunity to bring valued customers up to speed with our latest ranges with a series of technical seminars in the Balkan regions.
Hosted by DENSO’s A/C technical engineer Richard Groot and Nebojsa Tinkovic, Sales Executive Balkan, seminars took place in March in Celje and Ljubljana in Slovenia, Zagreb and Varaždin in Croatia, Banja Luka in Bosnia and Herzegovina, as well as in Belgrade, Serbia.
The initiative was hosted in collaboration with five DENSO distributors, who invited aftermarket customers along. Attendance was excellent with 234 guests over the six days. Customers had the chance to ask questions about the new technology with a Q&A session at the end.
Richard Groot commented: “It was a pleasure to welcome valued customers for training on the latest A/C Compressor products in the DENSO range.
“Our products are always evolving, so it is important to us to ensure that we keep in regular contact with our customers to ensure they have the right training and support.”
